I am trying to kick the habit for me and my family as well. I like to drink homemade lemonade or cran-water to take care of the extra rush that I want. I know it is not the same but it does seem to help me some.

Hello All, I am basically restarting again after not worrying about any of the weight stuff for the last couple of months. We can all do it. I have faith that we can. Feel free to add me, I love having the support and encouragement of my MFP friends. It helps me to remember that i have to keep myself in check.

I agree about finding the routine that works. I have a Wii and use the Just Dance 2. That burns quite a bit. I also use a kettle bell. That way you are doing something that will work the whole body. Just keep trying.

I am not actively in roller derby but I have a lot of friends that are and I think it is great. Good luck with everything.
