Amazing results!!! Do you do cross fit at a gym or home? I would love to try!

I have never had to "break in" shoes, I would suggest that if you do, perhaps you are in the wrong shoe? Have you tried going to a running store where they fit you for shoes based on your gate?

Since becoming a mom 10 years ago the only time I have to workout is in the morning, not that I could not in the evening, but I have that parent guilt for not being home. It took me a long time to get into the routine but some things that helped were: 1. Not working out at home....in your house all you want to do in the…

I found myself in the same situation two years ago. I was finishing my master's degree, working full-time, raising two kids and was due with my third in the middle of my practicum which also required me to be working 20 hours per week on top of my full time job. Running is my stress releif, the only way I have ever been…

When are you due? Yes, four times in a month....this is when I decided it was time for a change. I started running and went from 165lbs to 130 in less than a year. I guess sometimes a mean comment is what I need to get motivated.

"I like to run, because I really like to eat!" This is me and it sounds like you may have the same mantra!!!! Welcome to MFP, I wish you the best with your journey!

Panera Bread today......all of my 1200 calories ++++ in one meal. I did bring half of my sandwich home, but wtill will be starving the rest of the evening!!! Don't feel alone I am constantly on the rollercoaster. The only time that I can lose is when I am running and for the last year I have been struggling with a hip…

I am a soda addict as well, and often think it is so out of line with my lifestyle. I eat about 80% organic, so you would think that I wouldn't be able to put soda in my body, but I love mountain dew. I have quit several times and always return becuase I can't drink it in moderation. I have been soda free now for two weeks…

You really need to see a docotor, I am a runner and started having hip pain a year ago and am still not running, ended up having a labral tear, had surgery for that in November 2011 and now am suffering with tendonitis and still not running. The best advise I can give you is to see an ortho ASAP and RICE!! I really feel…
