Plank, jump squats, burpee's are all great as they work large muscle groups and burn more.... Oh, and get lots of sleep and no stress…

Victoria's secrete has great dress pants. Eddie Bauer has long jeans - go a size smaller than you normally would. 7's, Paige, Lucky Jeans (only one xtra long in each store usually, so a bit hard to find). http://www.designsbystephene.com/jeans-long-inseam/ http://www.shopstyle.com/browse?fts=long+inseam+jeans…

Reckabek - A few things come to mind when I read your post. You have lost a lot of weight (AWESOME) and it is always easier to loose more when you have more to loose. You are considerably smaller now and cannot expect to see huge changes on the scale each week (this said while guessing that you are pretty close to your…

I was small breasted until my first pregnancy...I went from a small B to and F!!!! Insane! Once I was done nursing I was down to a c/d then got pregnant again and had giant F boobs. I learned my lesson, be careful what you wish for :-) I couldn't button any shirts, I got a lot of unwanted attention, running was a joke,…

I loved these when I was nursing as they are adjustable so they fit around the clock no matter when you are about to nurse....plus I liked that I could actually nurse by undoing the Velcro! http://www.titlenine.com/product/sports-bras-and-undies/medium-high-impact-sports-bras/310184.do?sortby=ourPicks Title9 has a bunch of…

I think I will benefit so much more when achieving a goal such as, be able to run a 10k or be able to do 20 REAL push-ups etc. Weight is just a number, but being able to work towards a real goal seems much more enjoyable to me.
