I started my weight loss journey November 14th weighing 184 pounds 3 months later and I've lost 21 pounds and now weigh 163. For the last week I've started having people comment on my weight loss but I haven't really seen it, so I decided to take updated pictures.

    It's so worth it, until I looked at these tonight I would have told you that my body looked exactly the same, smaller yeah because I'm down in jean size, but overall I would have said I looked the same.

    You look amazing! You should take measurements so you can see the difference even if the scale isn't moving, because clearly your body has changed! Keep up the awesome work!
