Yes you have to exercise, no ifs ands or buts about it. The weight fell of quickly, but I have not done much lately and I have stayed at the same weight for a few weeks now.

Couldn't edit the original post for some reason. Anyhow, here is a picture that Candy and I had taken last week.

Good job!

Thanks!

Honestly, sticking with MFP is how we did it. There were only a few times that we blew up our daily allotment of calories. Also, exercise, exercise, exercise. Although I have lost the will to hit the treadmill lately, that was/is the key. There was no snake oil, no magic pill or voodoo. Just making better choices about…

You are going to be just fine. We have came this far and not screwed up yet. Love you!

Congrats!

Morning Star burgers rock. The spicy black bean variety is probably my favorite.

Good job Harley! You guys made it out anywhere other than Kanawaha S.F. yet?

Damn rain! I flew home to catch the race only to find a delay  Porka29, Harvick was right in front of us doing his wicked burn down. If you PM your email, I will send you the full size picture. I still have not uploaded all of the pictures yet but if you all see any you want a copy of, let me know and I'll be glad to…

Thanks. When I get them all uploaded, I'll post a link to the album. Like I posted up above, I have over 100 to do.

Here are a few from last night. I have over 100 to fix and upload but here are a couple.

We made it back this evening. Had an excellent time and it was an awesome race. I have many pictures, I'll upload them soon and post a few.

Leaving out in the morning for the All Star Race and I picked up a new camera today. I'll try to get some decent pictures to put up here.

Cross Lanes is right outside my home town.

I'm not a die hard rider but I enjoy riding when the weather cooperates. I currently have a Giant Sedona, but I plan on rewarding myself with a new bike when I drop a few more pounds. I had my heart set on a new road bike, but I believe I'm going to get a mountain bike. I like the woods better and I still worry about those…

I posted in another thread, but I'm a bit proud of what I have accomplished so far  Before at 280+ And at 236

I have a few. One on the outside of my right calf: A dream catcher with my wife's name One on my left calf: A brightly colored(purple, yellow and orange) gecko One on my right forearm: A firefighter's helmet in memory of my friend One on my right arm: A tribal design And on my left shoulder, back, chest and down just past…

Thats a little too far for me to go, but congrats! I love riding and plan on rewarding myself with either a new Trek or Gary fisher road bike when I drop 20 more pounds.

The green flag is getting ready to fly. GO TONY!

Thanks guys! Sorry, I didn't realize we were into May, so it's been almost two months now. We had lost a few pounds before signing up on here, but we have both lost more weight using MFP than not.

Kind of sucks. I always liked the Pontiac line be it the Tempest, LeMans, GTO or a T/A Firebird. I have owned two Pontiacs and loved them both. The first one was a `79 Grand LeMans- ugly metallic green with a light tan vinyl top. It was really a good car and never had the first problem with it. I currently own a Pontiac…

My wife and I signed up on MFP a little over a month ago(3/9), were trying to lose weight before this but MFP has made it MUCH easier. We have stuck with the recommended daily intakes, and exercise regularly, we have both lost 40+ pounds so far. I feel so much better these days, I don't have heartburn, my knee doesn't…

Ordered our tickets for the All Star race yesterday. We got lucky and found them on the Ticketmaster Exchange site- GM section right on the Start Finish line on row 22! Excellent seats for what should be an awesome race.

Awesome! I am taking my wife to her first race this year. It was a tossup between Richmond and the All Star race. We are going to the All Star race since it is a little closer, the race isn't that long, and we have family close by the track so that saves money on a room. Pictures... If you can get any good shots of Tony's…

I'd steer clear of Wal-Mart too. I bought a cheap-o mountain bike there a couple years ago, rode about 1/4 mile on it and parked it. The derailleurs were so out of whack there was no adjustment to them. The brake pads were hard as rock and wouldn't hardly stop the bike. There was a crack in a weld which caused the squeak I…
