mountainbiking + bristow, va

Anyone looking to lose a few pounds riding mountain bikes and/or road in bristow, manassas, VA ?

I have been riding mountain bikes for a year and recently got into riding road...last year weighed 237 and I am down to 198 with a goal to get to 170 pds this summer.

Looking for folks serious about riding road and trails.

    Thats a little too far for me to go, but congrats! I love riding and plan on rewarding myself with either a new Trek or Gary fisher road bike when I drop 20 more pounds.
