All I basically eat is meat, cheese, eggs, raw fruits, and raw veggies, and 8oz of milk with the protein powder. And depending on the day, I'll a slice or two of whole wheat bread Thank you for your post. I found it interesting and helpful

Lol, I live in Fayetteville, NC. So I work with a ton of Army and Air Force. You're right in saying that they get some of the best accomidations (then again Navy and Air Force both do...*sigh* yet again a way they are equal).

My opinion comes from being on an hourly pay and I am used to working anywhere from 40 to 60 hours - that being said 50-60hours isn't bad if work is the only thing you're doing (I.e. no school) . As far as a salary based job is concerned....I can't honestly give input.

I ha a similar situation. In full honesty, I used my highest weight because that reflects my overall progress and is a confidence boost when I look back and see how far ive come since my highest weight.

It's such an adrenaline rush. You outta try it some time. If nothing else, the military bases will usually have fairs that include a rock climbing wall event and sometimes the zip lines. Good stuff.
