Why does the CF community dislike people wearing HRMs????? Also you suggest not to wear them because they are inaccurate??? What's the logic behind it? I'm really curious

Hi I just started yesterday. I'm doing the Beginner version at the moment though I consider myself to be an intermediate or advanced exerciser.... Would like to complete this program doing all three versions.

Hi I'm about 10-15 lbs from my goal. Also I eat a lot :( but I have started that since last week but more intensely... U know. I lift weights once a while. I do have a gym membership

thank you all for replying. Calorie deficit hasn't worked for me, but Intensfying my workouts in the past has. I eat clean 6 days out of the week and splurge within a limit 1 day.

No. I don't have a chest strap. I recently got the battery replaced. -Yea I feel down bc the number of calories is super low and i busted my butt for 50 minutes!

I did well in my eating today, but I did splurge in a small cupcake. it was a bake sale for some cheerleaders...Couldn't resist the german chocolate cupcake. I opted for the one with practically no frosting. Frosting is gross FYI. I had to make buttercream icing and it's all lard or butter. That grosses me out.

Cool. everyone is on board. I hate over eating guys. I feel gross after I eat a lot and not only do I feel gross psychologically...I'm physically sick. All the grease in my body. I feel like my body is trying to flush out the toxins and it's slowly moving its wheels :*(

I am in. I do need the support to drop 30 lbs. I would like to drop at least 20 but making 30 a goal is stepping up the bar for me. I have done yo-yo dieting. I have done intense work outs. I am currently on week 4 of Insanity. will re-do week 4 because I screwed up big time and my diet was awful. I am normally very good…

HRM is needed. You don't burn 1,000 calories like the info commercial says u do. I reply on my HRM.

I love my Fitbit. It encourages me to walk more. Be more active. Jump once in a while. it keeps me in check with what I eat too. I like seeing my flower grow. It's a little pricey but the positive outcome that you get is worth it

Sorry if this is a noob question, but what is Paleo? Is this some reference to caveman eating and workign out days?

Water equals as water. Don't count other fluids.

I have read that you don't burn much calories during the workout, but there is continuous burn after. I would get a HRM... and when I have used mine, it would always be a low # like 70 for an hour.
