Can one lose weight by simply cycling
Hi, I am currently doing Turbo Fire and cycling at a nature trail, and I was wondering if I could lose weight by just cycling? I feel pressed with time and adding a second workout of Turbo Fire is a lot on my work/Grad student schedule. Anyone have any tips or has lost weight by simply cycling?

How do I know I am burning the correct amount of calories? My HRM always gives me an low number but I work my butt off on completing insanity and turbo fire workouts. What gives?
