Need some HelP :)

Hi,
I have been in a plateau with my diet and exercise for a while now. I did two months of turbo fire but that gets boring and I started doing two weeks of TapoutXt but that was too long for me. I have done Insanity, one month of Jullian Michael's body revo. I have a few of her dvd's but her stuff is for beginners. I am an intermediate/advanced but have hit that spot where my body isn't losing inches or weight.

My diet is a factor and I need to reexamine it.
My question is... Is there any workout program out there that is not past 45minutes but is really intense.... I want to make it my only form of exercise routine bc I have no time to incorporate my cycling like I used too.

Please any advice will help.

    your diary is private

but in the meantime how close are you to your weight goal?

do you have access to a gym? maybe you should look into weight lifting. strong lifts 5*5 andnew rules of lifting for women are both great programs and will definitely lead to inch loss

o then lifting heavy weights will be very helpful to you then...

strong lifts, new rules of lifting for women or starting strength. all 3 are great programs

Weight lifting should help. You may also want to try HIIT cardio. Running sprints is supposed to help boost your metabolism, and can give you a long afterburn.

When you lift, lift a heavy enough weight that you will hit failure by the 10th rep. Make sure you are doing compound exercises, and try to work all your muscle groups. Squats will work your biggest muscles, and will give you the greatest benefit.

Those last 10 to 15 pounds are the hardest to lose. Make sure your goal is realistic, (You don't want to lose muscle mass.), and try to eat clean. (Remember, you are trying to lose fat, so pay more attention to how you are looking, or how your clothes are fitting, and less attention to the scale.)

Changing things up is often a good way to break a plateau. Keep working, and you will eventually see results.
