Can one lose weight by simply cycling

Hi,
I am currently doing Turbo Fire and cycling at a nature trail, and I was wondering if I could lose weight by just cycling? I feel pressed with time and adding a second workout of Turbo Fire is a lot on my work/Grad student schedule.
Anyone have any tips or has lost weight by simply cycling?

Yes, as long as you maintain a calorie deficit.0

You can lose weight doing zero exercise.0

I lost the majority of my weight by riding my bike 30 - 60 minutes a day and counting calories.0

thank you all for replying.
Calorie deficit hasn't worked for me, but Intensfying my workouts in the past has.
I eat clean 6 days out of the week and splurge within a limit 1 day.0 -
Like the others suggested, one can lose weight with no exercise at all. If caloric deficit alone didn't work for you, then it's possible you were eating too much or too little. Anyways, I lost fine when all I did was cycle 6 days a week. I'm losing fine now, as well, since adding weight training and cycling 6 hours per week. But I also lost fine a long time ago when I did zero exercising, so take that as you may.0
