i think that as long as you are going to the restroom and peeing throughout the rest of the day, that it doesn't really matter how much water you have, especially other activities that cause you to sweat, in my opinion your body is always releasing water and needs to be replenished. i dont think there should be a limit…

always make sure that no matter what kind of exercising you are doing, that you keep your back straight and keep your stomach tight, which will help to keep them firm, crunches are great, but just the plain basic crunches will get kinda repetitive so try mixing it up with lower leg lifts, crunches on an exercise ball, side…

i do plently of warming up and try to focus on your breathing while you work out. i have chronic asthma since i was a baby. and i talked to my doctor and found that if i take a couple of puffs of my emergency inhaler BEFORE my workout,(albuterol or whatever you might use) it really helps me out EXTREMELY with my breathing,…

i LOVE the elliptical trainer, and my second favorite is the equipment that enables me to do the hanging leg lifts, im not sure what its called but its where you hold yourself up on bars so that your legs hang down freely, and you lift them up as high as you can, it REALLY works my upper thighs, and that annoying lower…

pilates and yoga is really good, because after i did those i was sore in muscles that i didn't even know i had. also, a VERY HEALTHY diet and cardio plus core training exercising 4-5 times a week will help you with that. i know because i have one, but after a few weeks i've noticed it getting smaller. i wasn't doing enough…

yea subway may seem healthy but a big mistake that alot of people make is thinking that just because something is healthy they can eat ALOT of it. moderation is definitely the key in weight loss. and i've found that with moderation i can still have the treats that i like, even though i still try and stay away from high…

 before i started my diet i took my digital camera and had my husband take a picture of me in just a swimsuit, standing up straight, not sucking in anything, just there....so at the end of this month i'm going to have him take another set of pictures of me in the same swimsuit standing the same way, and then i can…

i dont even have a scale in my home so i just really try to pay attention to the way that my clothes fit me to see if i'm making any progress. and i know after time pants can stretch when you start walking around in them so i like to put them on right out of the dryer to see if it gets any easier to put them on as time…
