Yeah the soup works but not forever.... I ended up sick with that soup. I lost weight and gained it back. So don't think its a magical soup.

I make sure to have a protein before carbs. So I may have a string cheese before my fruit. I read in a fitness magazine that it helps with the insulin spike that comes when eating high glycemic foods.

Start cooking....you will notice you can eat more and its more filling. Also bring in high fiber foods

Just do everything different. Change your meals around, eat a little more one day versus another day. I agree with the whey protein, I added that and it helps.

cleaning house, get a hobby, work on something you put off for awhile.

Heck no... Food is meant to be enjoyed and in the company of others. We all just need to reprogram our brain to understand it isn't for us to go crazy and eat more then needed.

You need to either eat more or reduce your workout days. you want your metabolism up and not going into starvation mode.

The asics Gel Kayano have been the best shoes I ever had in my life. I had seen them in a fitness magazine where they compared different shoes. The mizuno brand was the runner up.

Kentucky Fried Chicken!!!! Miss it, the honey barbeque wings....oh boy. Every so often, I workout really hard on the weekends so that I can go and have a cheat meal of my choice. I just haven't tried to go back to KFC. I am actually suprised I don't crave it like I used to.

My favorite are.... cottage cheese which is light and I can eat late at night. Skim Milk, string cheese or a slice of bread with peanut butter and reduced sugar jelly. hey its worked for me...I've lost quite a bit and I do eat at 8pm on certain days

You could and probably better then eating out and risking eating the wrong foods. They are processed foods and have stuff in them that wouldn't be there if you made it yourself.

I don't log on weekends. Not only do I go the gym and workout the most on weekends but my activity level in general is higher. I still have done great. So don't worry about it. Just don't go to overboard and eat more then needed

Some people prefer magic pills... Weight loss supplements and quick fixes is a multi billion dollar industry. Just stay away from that all. Exercise and use MFP to track calories. In the end, we will all benefit from the correct way to lose weight.

elliptical is suppose to simulate the body in motion while running. Its lower impact on your knees etc...

I did not have any symptoms. I only found out when I was trying to lose weight and had visited a DR who happened to run a blood test. I take a pill every day and have to for the rest of my life.

we all lose differently. First on is always last to go on the body. I gain weight first on my bottom half, so that always takes the longest to come off.
