I guess the whole point of no rests to keep your heart rate up! That way you'll burn way more calories! But if you need to take a break go for it!

When you go to log your exercise, look up - Wii Fit exercise (advanced or high intensity)..Thats the closest that I seen to Zumba... Hope that helps!

I dont usually eat back my calories...However you should be eating back all the calories that you burned during your workout. So technically yes..if your goal is 1200 and you burn 600 than you have to eat 1800.

I've been considering starting it again! So, I'll try it out with you :) Every second day we do it..And the opposite day we do just cardio.Thats what worked for me the last time I did it! Her workouts are fabulous and lots of fun and really not that hard.
