what exercises were on your circuit class, are was it your first time doing said exercises ? was there a lot of quick get ups etc? when did you eat last? before working out? are you in calorie defecit? are you eating back your cals? are you avoiding carbs?

in my opinion it is just a waste of time, like lifting 1Kg dumbells 500 times or running on a treadmill with no incline. if you can last 60 secs put on a weight jacket or a backpack with water bottles in it :)

oh i can get up about 3 hours after falling asleep, walk down stairs and eat cake... mmm however, when i go to bed totally exhasuted i sleep right through, i aim to only go to bed when i am tired for this reason.

im finding lately that fat is moving (my opinion) from where i build on my back to my stomach area, all my extemities are tight and defined with the last area to reduce being the last 1/2" of saggy man boobs (filling up with pecs slowly) and a small bit of fat infront of my abs... sounds a lot like what you are talking…

yeah!! i did a 2.2 hour ride the other day and ran digifit and polar beat in parrallel.. digifit was 500 cals more optimisitic than the polar app.. i prefer the digifit app but getting 1070 cals for 68 mins spinning sounds a little far fetched when others aorund are getting 7-800 using polar equipment. i have emailed…

i dont do full on rest days... wednesdays i only do core stabilty training so that kinda acts as a recovery day or sorts. i will always do an 1-2 hours of cardio everyday without fail - why, because i enjoy the stress busting qualities of only having to concentrate on breathing haha~
