Hey Hayley, the crash diet will work for a while but when you start eating normally again it will reverse and you,ll put it back on again, calorie control is the only way mixed with exercise :)

I agree with Kirsty, need to know what your calorie intake is then minus your exercise, water intake etc.... it can just take some time for your body to adjust to fat burn mode sometimes :)

Good effort giving up, I gave up over a year ago now and never looked back, be as strong minded with your food control as you are with your smoking. Dont let it rule you, you RULE IT :)
