  • Mayo on sandwiches. I mean how much can someone put on a slice of bread? Mine is usually like 1/2 a tablespoon (if that). If I'm making chicken or tuna salad, I use a little mayo (2- 3 tablespoons depending on the amount I'm making) and mix it with nonfat plain greek yogurt. Yum!
  • I'm not that hard core with it. I know 6 ounces of protein is about the size of a deck of cards or the palm of your hand, so I usually just eyeball it. For noodles, I measure after cooking. I usually use a measuring cup as a serving utensil.
