  • I myself suffered from a head injury, and it's so frustrating to not be able to be like I was before. Words can be the most frustrating as I know deep down I know them but my brain gets all muddled. Well done on your journey and I'm pleased your making progress. Best wishes x
  • It really helps motivated having new friends. I'll always welcome new ones
  • I'm trying to find the answer to that too
  • I want to be 120lbs like I use to be!! :ohwell: My problem is I'm always tired and have no energy to exercise but I am trying. It doesn't help that I'm agoraphobic plus I live so far away from my family and friends that I never want to go out because I don't like shopping either. Welcome to add me though anyone
  • Hi, I'll be 22+20 next month :ohwell: I struggle finding energy and staying awake  but am determined to lose another 27lbs at least. Feel free to add me so we can help each other  x I'm on here every day.

  • just done my 1st one EVER and I'm sweating buckets...I had to stop a couple of seconds as I couldn't keep up...blimey i'm melting!!!
  • add me in, I'll try. I have lots of thought to do stuff but find myself still sitting on sofa with my laptop, I really need help getting me into it.
  • keep going the harder you have to work for it the more it will be worth to you. Nothing comes easy in life. Life is always an uphill struggle. Perseverance is the key to anything we do.
  • I'm on here religiously every day probably about 3 times a day, I love this site and it's done me amazing. I'm getting fed up that my friends/family fail to say much to me to put smile and motivation to me as I'm a lazy person and need lots of encouragement so I'll give it back too, add me if you want me ;-) x
  • Thanks for the replies, they are helping x
  • This site includes housework is an exercise http://www.healthdiscovery.net/links/calculators/calorie_calculator.htm
  • Thank you for your comment, it was very nice of you. And thank you all for your help in the question i asked in 1st place. Everyone is entitled to their opinon of whether or not this is an exercise and i believe it all depends on how much activity the individual does day to day before they start on their healthy new start.…
  • I only asked... If someone has only sat on the sofa everyday watching tv and being on a laptop and has been agraphobic for almost 10 years because of being hit by a drunk driver and is now making big efforts vacuuming and housework which brings a sweat, and making myself walk around the block (which are steep hills)…
