Best thing ever happen two days ago. My office had a dessert pot luck. I brought in cookies to participate, but I DID NOT eat any of the desserts. I simply had my salad and yogurt. Plus I was sitting next to the desserts all day long. So proud of myself!

I'm pretty busy, but I like to stay busy. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something.

I'm still researching the best program for what I want to achieve. I go to a gym with MMA fighters and boxers so they like to train me to be ready and fit to fit. I like it alot, but not sure if I need to incorporate something different.

I have two: 24hr Fitness for weekend work and Independent MMA and Fitness(Boxing, cardio, MMA, BJJ gym) Absolutely in love with my boxing gym!

Hello everyone, A co worker of mine told me about this site and with your help, she lost 5 pounds. She has been here for two weeks. I'm very excited and will love all of your support. I'm a little over 300 pounds and definitely need to get way under. My goal is 200 or less. Can't wait to get there!!!
