Good Luck! :smile: It is quiet demanding on the knees, but I read that level 2 and 3 are not so bad for the knees.

You need to be able to do sit up, push ups and jumping jacks. A lot of it is stood up and down on the floor in one place so your not taking steps across the room back and forth like a lot of other exercise DVD's do. I am only level 1 so it might be different on level 2 and 3, but I don't think so

Mine is the scientific name for a ladybird (ladybug), cause I'm a girl on a mission to get strong just like a ladybird. Plus when I met my husband 17 years ago he used to call me his ladybird.

Yes I with you on that the push ups are really hard, keep my knees on the floor lol.but stick with it as you will gain more upper body strength. My fav is the last abs level 1 not only is it a cool move but because I know its the last one :laugh:

tecallahan - I just take levothyroxine and was looking into taking Armour instead, but once I am on the correct dose of my levothyroxine I do feel great. I have read a number of people that felt worst on Armour so I decided to stick with how things are. If in future it doesn't seem to be working I'd look in taking Armour.…

I've lost... 1" off my arm, 1.5" of my thigh 4" off my waist 3" off my hip 2.5% body fat. Even though my body looks different my weight has stayed the same, so I guess the scales don't always give an accurate indication.
