Mallory you can totally do it sweetie! Just set you mind to it and buy lots of fruits and veggies. If you crave something for more than a day or 2 and you can't seem to shake it then have it but remember you portions. You've got this!

Thank you so much! I finally done it. 2 sets of 50reps. This is exactly what I needed to kick start my workouts again. I've been in a funk and now I feel amazing! I done the mini challenge and then decided to continue and do other strength training too. With 5lb weights

I am close to your height and weight and did the same thing. Then I took a break for a few weeks (working out on occasion and still being aware (without obsessing) about what I eat) and now I'm back to it again. After a 4wk plateau I'm now down 4lbs in past 2wks

Slice them as thin as you possibly can, salt & pepper them (lightly) and then bake them on 225°-250° for about 2hrs (depending on ur oven). Also, you'll want to spray Pam on your cookie sheet. I know it takes time but they are crispy every time!
