Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Be sure to brag when you’re done! Seems like a lot? You can break them up!

  • Thank you so much! I finally done it. 2 sets of 50reps. This is exactly what I needed to kick start my workouts again. I've been in a funk and now I feel amazing! I done the mini challenge and then decided to continue and do other strength training too.
