  • Oh, no there is an insanity 10 minute trainer. I have it on dvd. I know there is INSANITY, and then a different 10 minute trainer/workout. either way, it looks simple enough.

  • I was. From Kindergarten through 8th grade... Ever since I have been homeschooled because my anxiety became too hard to control and I was becoming very violent. I was left out, I was frowned upon... even by teachers. It was horrid.
  • I definitely will buy some peanuts! I can't do alot of sugar... actually, I can only do "natural" sugars without feeling like I am going to seizure. So I think nuts will be good for me. Plus, it'll give me more protein. I'll also snack on some fruits that aren't too horrible for me!
