Truth be told.
I have never really exercised in my life until about 3 days ago. I absolutely love it. I've been lifting my weights, doing jumping jacks, minor crunches, and squats. It's so much fun and feels awesome!! There -- i let it out. :)

How can I reach 1700 cals/day?
I just realized... what I eat never really gets above 1400 calories. I have been told on here that I'm having too few calories. Any ideas?
