Android Workout & Yoga Apps

I was researching the other day for ways to help me figure out what to do, how long to do it for.. etc and somehow stumbled upon a few things.

I am a noob at working out. I also have no one to do it with; so I get rather unmotivated and bored.

There are more advanced versions that cost though. I find these just fine. You can do a whole workout, or just one exercise. There are options. My plan is to do a confusion routine. Butt & Abs one day, Butt the next, Legs and Abs, Arms and Cardio, Cardio, Cardio & Abs... etc. Mix it up so it will continue to work (normally it does for me.)
