Insanity 10 Minute Trainer

I have been using some free apps on my phone for working out; not too hard. How is the INSANITY 10 minute trainer? Do you see results? I'd like to know because I want to try it.

    Insanity and 10 minute trainer are two separate programs. With 10 minute trainer, there are multiple 10 min workouts you can combine or work up to.

    Oh, no there is an insanity 10 minute trainer. I have it on dvd. I know there is INSANITY, and then a different 10 minute trainer/workout. either way, it looks simple enough.
