I lost 60+, gained back all but 27...yep on this journey again and wondering why i ever quit logging...it makes all the difference in the world to know what you are consuming and walking off....gotta stay here...that is the bottom line...

thanks guys...I did not have the pepsi...opted for green tea with citrus instead (1/2 the calories and all the flavor!!) still didnt stay under goal but that wasnt because of Pepsi...it was my dinner and that blasted cheese! LOL

I have found that leaving the wrapper in place is a good deterrent....I am not much of a paper eater...if it is already unwrapped, try covering it in mustard or ketchup to discourage stuffing it into your pie hole...LOL...seriously...sometimes life calls for some good old fashioned ruination to increase one's…

I like the idea of doing a Today I Will post in which we choose one way we will work on our goal. Even one thing is better than doing nothing...so Today I Will: Stick to my calorie goal and if in order to do so I need to add additional "steps" to my workout plan...I will!

Just for today, I will remember how hungry feels~don't mean that in a bad way, just want to make sure I am eating only when hungry and not bored or sad or happy or frustrated or celebrating~food is for fueling (not that I don't enjoy putting the goods in the tank B)). Today, I will remember hungry.
