My mouth is craving a PEPSI!! Help help help!! My backfat is screaming NO NO NO!!

Someone please give me some words of encouragement! I am floundering here!! DON'T WANT TO SLIP UNDER!!

    Try some water one Pepsi will lead to another and possibly some poor food choices. Back away from the Pepsi.

    Diet Pepsi...though I think that is nasty and goes flat way too fast. Get a Coke Zero instead or a packet of Crystal Light mixed with club soda. There are alternatives to going without fizzy drinks.

    Seriously though, get some water and add a flavor packet to it. I like propel kiwi strawberry or crystal light packs.

    thanks guys...I did not have the pepsi...opted for green tea with citrus instead (1/2 the calories and all the flavor!!) still didnt stay under goal but that wasnt because of Pepsi...it was my dinner and that blasted cheese! LOL

    Zevia. Their cola flavour is decent, black cherry is wonderful, ginger ale is good... Haven't tried the others
