Watch the show "My 600lb life" that may do it for you. :D

Been snacking while cooking food and then snack after eating said meal. RIP to me
-
Beer and take out seems to be the bulk of the diet. I did do some push ups and pull ups today though :D
-
Pretty bang on response.
-
Just have to be strong!... which is easier said then done :s
-
Shift worker here. Definitely takes some extra effort to prep meals and manage a sleep/workout schedule :#

NS here

Welcome! You're motivated which is key! :)
-
Awesome!
-
Same here.

Some sort of meat with rice and veggies is a staple for me. Easy to make 3 days of lunches at a time. Usually bring some sort of bar and piece of fruit to snack on at break.
-
Just remember to take it one day at a time! :)
-
Most days I fast 16-18hrs a day. Mainly because it's just easier to manage meals when you only eat a few a day. Theres no magic belly fat decrease with it but you may find your waist tighter just from having no food for so long. Being in a deficit is really the only way to lose fat..
-
I just take it one day at a time. If I have a bad day, I'll just make sure I'm better the next. More good days than bad will equal progress!
-
Just remember it's a marathon not a sprint, take it one day at time. Might notice improvement in the mirror aswell when the scale doesnt want to move!
-
Blackk ftw
-
After a few days of normal eating the Christmas bloat should be gone so anytime after that I'd say haha
-
Are you noticing your body changing in the mirror? The scale might not be showing progress but your body composition could be slowing improving
-
Could always be crazy and have some sort of meat/rice/veggies for breakfast :o
-
I'd down 2 scoops of whey a day to knock out 50 grams just like that if you're having trouble. Looks like you're eating the right foods, just have to bump up the quantity a tad
-
Drop dairy :o What about my frozen yogurt?! lol. If dairy doesn't bother your stomach then there is no reason to stop eating it. As for the coffee creamer, if you feel those calories are worth it then you just have to make it work.
-
How often are you getting exercise? I'd try and be more consistent on getting the same amount of calories a day just so you can see how you feel/body changes.
-
Try not to be a doofus and lift smarter to not re-aggravate my SI joint
-
Could also try pushing your last meal and hour or 2 later than 6pm, may trick you into not wanting to snack on anything or not as much atleast
-
At the end of the day it really just comes down to self discipline/control. Which is a struggle for pretty much all of us i'd say lol :D
-
If you can handle only one meal a day then go for it. Would be kinda brutal I'd think haha
-
-
He probably just wanted a reason to talk to you!
-
5-9 miles a day! I couldn't do it haha! Just be consistent with your diet and training and the results will come! ;)
-
Is this game, consistency is king! (which you know) Get your eating on track and you should start seeing changes almost immediately! Looks like you're fired up and motivated to make change which is awesome ;)
