Start on Monday

When I feel like I’m failing, I always tell myself I can re-start on Monday! So it’s not so dreadful anymore and besides I get many chances. Lol what about u? How do u motivate yourself?

    I just take it one day at a time. If I have a bad day, I'll just make sure I'm better the next. More good days than bad will equal progress!

    My weightloss has always been more successful if I dont start on a monday, so I'm an any day but monday kinda person. Im not sure why, maybe its just a psychological thing for me.

    I'm a one meal at a time person. If I have a bad lunch or breakfast, I make my next meal healthier. each meal is a chance to make better choices.
