  • We keep ours really simple, too. Extra lean ground turkey and pepper. Topped with lettuce and tomatoes. I like to add steak sauce, my hubby mayo, and my son adds bbq sauce to his.

  • I would stick with the real eggs and look at other ways to lower calories. I use eggs from my gree range chickens. So much better to eat that fake eggs.
  • I eat whole eggs, straight from my chickens. That way I know that there aren't any extras in my eggs. All natural from my free range girls.
