It's water being held by your muscles. I get a kick out of it actually, lol after the gym sometimes I weigh around 4 lbs more than when I left for the gym. Don't worry about it, it's not fat, and it's totally normal

I run an almost identical split to yours. But I see you hit upper body 3 days in a row there. My best advice would be to do chest and tris, then throw legs day next or one of your 2 rest days, and then back and bis, after that hit a rest day. Icy hot, platic wrap, body wraps, etc. all have the same general idea behind them....they draw the water out making the area appar temporally smaller.....once you rehydrate your body it will be the same again

I do hard labor....and lift 6 times a week. I literally do nothing else on work days. You have to make time if you really want it. Or else you'll eventually fall off anyway.

Scale doesn't matter...in the last 2 months I've lost 4 lbs....but my bf% has gone from 16.5 to 14.6. If I had only been going by the scale I would've been mad, but changes come sometimes without weight going down

Yeah man, that's crazy. Stores are "Beneath them?" It is really funny to see how woman treat clothes, for me it's a few pairs of jeans if mine are ripped, a few shirts if mine are old, and new shoes if there is literally a hole in the ones I'm wearing.

My biggest motivation is the non supporters. I show them everyday, when I workout, when I eat right, when I look and feel great....they hate it, and I love to piss them off!!!!! Lol

You could say it in like a positive way. Ex. "Wow, you look amazing!!! Now that the weights off you could build a really nice body with a good bulk!!!" Something like that. Which honestly may be the perfect thing for him :) build up some muscle, gain some weight, eat at a surplus. It may be right up his alley :)

I use a split. Shoulders Legs/core Back/bis Chest/tris I take rest days after back/bis and chest/tris and use legs day to break up shoulders and back and bis day. Just personal preference.

I decided to try a new preworkout one time...they gave me a sample at the place to try it first. So I took it before my workout....it worked great! Too great, I kept on thinking "I can do more, I'm not even tired yet." I ended up tearing my pec and had to go to the doctor....sucked....
