W8D1 complete! I swear my Tuesday runs are the hardest for me! I think it is that my body has not gotten used to Monday night core class and usually my thighs are killing me on Tuesday!

W7D3 completed! I would have never in a million years seen myself running for 25 minutes straight! Starting week 8 on Tuesday here to 28 minutes!! Can't wait!!

Finished W7D2 last night! I was so excited and tires all at the same time!! I ran a little over 2 miles in my 25 minutes! Thats the best I have done so far!!

Completed W7D1 still at a slow steady pace. I agreed to do a 5k with my friend in the beginning of June. I really have to work on my speed!!

On Friday I completed W6D3, I ran three laps short of 2 miles not a very fast speed but very proud of myself for running the whole time!!

I completed W6D2 yesterday! Tonight is the big 25 minutes of running!! I got this though, slow and steady!!

If your referring to the Pizza dough recipe i posted you can put just about any topping that you want. I use Turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, onions bellpepper just what ever I feel that day!! Just make sure the toppings are pre-cooked. If you are referring to this recipe I would just eat it as is!!
