You might be keto adapted at this point. It's not a bad thing. I second what some others have said. Fats get a bad rap because of bad science. I've been eating 75% fat, 20% Protien, 5% carb. I'm now the leanest I've ever been. My blood pressure and cholesterol are better than ever. Plus I'm never hungry. Also, I have a high steady energy level all day with much greater mental focus.

When I eat breakfast in the morning (usually it's noon), I'll have 4-5 scrabbled eggs cooked in lots of butter and lots of shredded cheddar cheese with 4-5 strips of bacon. Sometimes I'll have my low/no carb pancakes with them.
