This was me last week! I work with small children and they always seem to get me at the worst possible time. I was feeling sneezy and tired, but I loaded myself up on vitamin C and took 2-3 zinc lozenges (target brand) a day for 3-4 days and I never got sick! Ran my half on Sunday and still feel healthy now.

I'm in. I have a .75 l water bottle and my goal is to drink it dry by noon, then again by 4p, then again by 8p (about 9.5 cups of water all together). I've been doing it for the past few days and I feel really good! (peeing a lot though!)

I often wish my boobs were bigger, but on the positive side, it is easy to make them LOOK bigger, and the advantage is that you don't have that extra weight bouncing around in activities like running.

I've gotten in the habit of eating a cheddar cheese stick for a snack almost every day lately. It makes me happy :)
