    yum, looks really good. If I were you I would be still be a little hungry though! Maybe have a few more healthy snacks through the day to meet your calorie goal? How are you feeling?

    The first few days I was eating too little because I had upped my protein and vegetable intake. I felt miserable - not hungry but rather fatigued and blah.

    Based on suggestions here, i increased my calorie intake and today,. I added more carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread). I feel less fatigued. Just came back from a brisk walk and was pleased to see that I increased my walk time by 5 minutes!

    I'm not interested in a fast weight loss. It's taken me a while to get to my size.

    What snacks do you recommend?

    I'd say it looks pretty good - there's quality lean protein in there from the chicken and fish.and plenty of vegetables, with some fruit and eggs. Adding the whole grain rice/ bread looks like the right move.

    im not sure why you want us to look - its really clean. are you hungry, do you want us to see what a clean diary looks like?? not sure what the problem is? if you want help you should also mention your goals, sex, weight and height ;)

    If you've hit a plateau, try breaking up your three meals into 5-6 meals.

    I don't eat as much as MFP recommends and I don't know where to add more food to get to 1600+ a day.

    Do I need more protein, more carbs, more fruit?
