Hi, I also work at night and find it hard to not eat junk while working. I started packing veggies and a protein bar to help with the snacking.

Intervals are great and also my trainer has me actually moving the belt without it being on and it is hard!!! I also do side runs on it and it works out my inner thighs.

You want to make sure that your are eating more of your exercise calories when you workout. If not your body will go in starvation mode and you won't lose weight. I am also doing Insanity and it is kicking my butt!!! Since I tried it earlier in the year before I started really hitting the gym and could not get through it so of course I gave up. This time around it seems I can get through the workouts. Glad to hear someone else is "insane" as well!

Don't give up!!! We all have bad days but the most important thing is for you to know that one of the purpose of this site is for incouragement! Whatever it is you can get though it and if you slip....oh well!!!!Tomorrow's a new day!:smile:

Hi, I am a nurse and what I found that works for me is making sure I pack my meals as well as snacks. So instead of going to the vending machines I can just eat my own healthy snacks. Also I make sure I eat every few hours even if its crazy so I won't over eat later. Hope this helps!
