Hi everyone, I'm new on this site b/c I normally track on my itouch. I'm a stay at home mom of a 2 year old, will be 39 this year, struggling to lose about 10 lbs. I have hypothyroidism, I workout everyday for at least an hour, eat pretty well but have recently noticed that my fat intake is probably higher than it should be so I'm trying to watch that. I have a blog that I have been tracking on and I also have a fitness/health group that I created on facebook to try to help motivate others. I would love to have some more friends on MFP and if anyone is interested in reading my blog or joining my group on facebook, let me know!

does it help you lose weight? I finally have lost 5 lbs in the last month after basically being stuck since about 6 months after I had my son!0
