  • I didn't do so well last week either because we had a lot of BBQ's and holiday stuff that made it really difficult to stay away from desserts! I am ready for this week though and I'll definitely need the extra burn to make up for last week:) I usually burn around 300 calories/week too so I really will have to push it!

  • I love lettuce wraps! Lately I have been using a romaine leaf and putting turkey, low-fat provolone and low-fat ranch and wrapping it up for lunch. Its really good! I have also had it with grilled chicken or buffalo chicken with cheese, low fat ranch and chopped celery. Its really easy to throw together and really low-cal.
