Add them to your smoothies, I can't even taste spinach with my banana, almond butter, unsweet almond milk and chia seed smoothie..yum!

I just lightly saute them in coconut oil, add fresh ingredients like Basil, fresh tomatoes, a little Parmesan Cheese. Or you could do that same recipe, not heated but may want to use olive oil instead. I have also done, precooked chicken or turkey, sauteed onions and garlic and spinach. The key is you have to find the…

No financial gain here or on any of my posts, a lot of people do not have the recipe to get or stay motivated. I like what I use, helps me and I am so happy for anyone who gets healthy and does what works for them!

Thank you, I do appreciate your comments. I am finding more and more, even though most people on here do not feel that I was attacked, that is how I felt. I think a lot of people hide behind their computers and phones and would not be so harsh in person. I think we all have a battle within ourselves and not everyone has it…

But I wasn't the one asking for an opinion, the OP was. Wasn't looking for a debate, wasn't selling anything. If I like it and was telling the poster that I liked it, why does my post have to be picked apart. I don't go around attacking everyone's food choices or tell them the supplements they are taking is bad. Its my…

When I am working out and can't get enough to drink, the Rehydrate for me quenches my thirst, I am still drinking about a gallon of water a day. Good clean eating is nothing processed, lean protein, veggies, fruit, etc. Never mentioned that Advocare replaced anything life MFP, for me they are two different methods. People…

FYI...I have been buying it for 5 years and do not have a down line, "distributor" per say=40% for myself. Sorry you had a bad experience. I am very glad you have had success without help.

I may be the only positive person to comment....I love it, its very personal....Yes, you have to still exercise and eat right, but I have found that it gives me that little extra "umph" when I'm working out. The Rehydrate really quenches my thirst, the Spark has replaced my coffee. The 24 Day Challenge is just supposed to…

Feel free to add me as a friend!

First, I love my spiralizer! I saw you should squeeze out excess water before sauteeing and I found it only needs a few minutes to heat, so I usually add it last to whatever I am cooking. I found a really good Kale or Avocado pesto....yummy!

You want to make sure if your day is 1700 calories and this meal is 526 and all 3 meals were around the same you would have eaten 1578 calories, you would still have 174 calories for snacks. If you exercise you could eat a little more depending on how much you worked out. Depending on your goal, I'm not sure I would eaten…

Wow, haven't met many with PCOS, if you look in my profile...I am a childless divorced woman... I am childless because of PCOS and Endometriosis. I was put on the same nutritional guidelines at a diabetic. Even though fruit has great vitamins and minerals, your body processes just like any other sugar and will spike your…

HI Matt, I have been on here about a month (i think!) and have found this site to be very encouraging! If you want support on your diet, just open up for us to see and we can help...I get some food ideas from others diaries and things I didn't think of. Between this sight, my boot camp I do and AdvoCare, they are three…

I look at it this way...most of us take vitamins anyway and that is what MNS is for me...I just completed my 24 day challenge and have been still taking Catalyst, Probiotic Ultra Restore and Coreplex, spark, Omegaplex, etc...but I find I am SOO TIRED at the end of the Day, that I did not have on the MNS, so that is going…

All my friends make fun of me for "altering" the food prepared and being a pain at every sitting, it made me self concious for a while, then I GOT OVER IT! Why should they dictate what goes in my body? I Say "your glad I'm here and should enjoy my company!" I now no longer apologize for caring what goes in MY BODY!

I agree with all the posts, especially mixing it up and confusing your body...it may get used to what you are doing. If you did exercise bike, per say, then maybe do kickboxing or swimming or something u r not used to doing. And split your meals up if you are not already doing so. 5-6 small even meals, limit the carbs at…
