I combine it with sugar free jello and no sugar added canned fruit. I like the sweet salty combination and I find it very filling.

My recipe is: 1 Bag of broccoli slaw 2 Packages Oriental Ramen Noodles ( break up noodles). 1/2 cup toasted almonds 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds 12 cup sugar 1/2 cup olive oil 12 cup vinegar 8 oz. cooked chicken breast Add all ingredients Mix well Serve over salad greens as a main dish, no additional dressing needed

MFP is a little higher than what I get on HRM, but the HRM and my fitbit are almost identical if I log the time I started and stopped.

Yes, had it about a month. I'm addicted. I will go up & down the stairs and do an extra errand if I haven't met my goals. I've lost almost 5 pounds so far, which is a lot for me.

I like the Miller 64 also. It's filling and doesn't make me want to eat. Merlot is my beverage of choice, but it seems to increase my desire to snack.
