I lost 9.5lbs and 9.4inches. I am also 5'3, when i started insanity I was 147.8lbs. I just started a seconfd round of insanity. Good luck!

Hello! SW: 162 (1/9/2012) CW: 137 (5/30/2012) GW:130 what helped me was eating clean, I give myself one cheat meal a week so I don't feel deprived of any food. I workout 6 days/wk, walk 30min after lunch and 20min after work. For two months I did insanity and lost 9.4lbs anf 9.57inches all over.

I am going to do yoga and do a 30min jog for a week or 2 before starting another round of insanity to lose my last 8lbs:)

I' ve lost some weight and I've lost a lot of inches:) I've also. Even thinking of doing p90x or the cheapen workouts. I just can't believe I'm almost done!!!

I just completeted week 7...I've weigh and measured myself everytime I do the fit test. Here are my results. I've noticed that the scale is not moving as much but I see the difference in my measurements.

I've been using my running shoes but I notice that sometimes the bottom of my feet hurt. I tried doing it barefoot but when it came to pushup my feet kept sliding. In one of the videos Shaun T says to use cross trainers...

I am on week 5 day 3....feeling pretty sore. I haven't felt this way since week 1:smile:

Here are my results week1/2 Switch kicks 105/100 power jacks 40/51 power knees 80/100 globe jumps 8/9 suicide jumps 13/15 push up jacks 10/20 low plank obliques 42/50

I agree! I can do more ski jumps and push ups are getting better. I can down a bit further:smile:

I'm doing Pure Cadio today... I hope I can push through!!! My legs feel like jelly after cardio recovery lol!

I do zumba 3x/wk and walk 3miles 6x/week. I also keep track of calorie intake. I lost 15lbs in 2 months!

Almost 5'3" SW: 162 CW: 146.8 GW: 130 I've been following the flat belly diet and I give myself a cheat day. For my workouts I do zumba and walk/jog 3miles 6day/wk. I am starting the insanity workouts next week:smile:
