I definitely wish I could stop. I actually did stop for the past 3 days, but had so much anxiety about it that I logged back in this morning. Hopefully soon, I can learn to let go and just keep doing the healthy habits that I have picked up over the past year and a half. Until then, I'm with ya! Good luck!

I'm 5'2". I went from 159 to 130 in the past year. I have taken it really slow and steady mostly because I don't stick to everything I should- I reaallly like beer and tequila! hahaha! Mostly I net between 1250-1500 and try to do some sort of total body workout. The 30 day shred is amazing. Good luck with everything!!

The servings sizes are set by the FDA. For each category of food item, there is a RACC (recommended amount customarily consumed). The food companies are not evil. The serving sizes have not changed in a long time, but our portion sizes in America have gotten a lot bigger.

I went to 2 OA meetings per week for over a year. Just being in the setting of people who did not want to eat compulsively was a great support in itself.

I will be increasing my cals by about 200 per day in order to net the required amount. Good advice about the scale..would rather worry about inches and toning but it's so hard to not be focused on that stupid number.
