Today's my MFP-versary! One year baby!

Today is the day! One year ago, I decided to go for it and not look back. I am so glad that I did.
This has not been a perfect year by any means. There have been some slip ups, some frustrations, and some I don't care any mores, but I kept at it and made some real changes.

I kept telling myself to wait for the full year to post a success story and now I can't believe it has been a year! Time flies when you're having fun I guess. MFP has been an amazing community and a great tool! Thank you to everyone for posting your successes because that was truly motivational.

    Congratulations and happy One Year!! :-)

    It is nice for a change to see someone who looks quite average in their before and then very slim after. I am more in the obese-to- overweight category myself but I like seeing the diversity of MFP-ers!!!!
