  • I think she means measurments in inches, not weight/pounds. What I do is take several so that I get the highest and the lowest in the area. High hip, low hip, high thigh, low thigh. Waist, I just take where the red mark is from my slacks :) smile.

  • Yes, You can also add what measurments you want to track. It only gives you waist, hips and thighs. Under the box with the measurements click on "change measurements" and you can add what you want to track such as bust, arms legs, calfs etc.
