Measurements

I would really like to start taking measurements and monitoring those weekly as well. However, and I KNOW this sounds silly but...I don't think I know the correct way to take measurements. Previous attemps have led me to question whether the current measurement was taken at the same exact place as the last, etc. Can anyone provide a somewhat foolproof (OK, idiot-proof) way to correctly measure yourself?

An electronic scale will solve your problems.0

I think she means measurments in inches, not weight/pounds. What I do is take several so that I get the highest and the lowest in the area. High hip, low hip, high thigh, low thigh. Waist, I just take where the red mark is from my slacks smile.0

Sorry, I wrote that while I was in a rush and neglected to be specific. I'm referring to size measurements such as waist, hips, thighs, arms, etc. I do have an electronic scale.0
