I've never heard of this. You could ask on the juicemaster juicing club (Jason Vale), Joe Cross or Neil Martin (Natural juice junkie) pages on facebook as they often respond on there.

Nobody else putting up before photos? They will be inspiring to look back on after our 20 week journey even though it takes courage to upload them. But we are all here for the same reason so it can only be positive x

I'm a Sunday weigh in person too. Unsure whether to change it to Saturday now though just to do the same as everyone else. What are you thinking of doing?

Have you sussed it now? Or still need help?
-
You can do it, one step at a time x

I hope we all have a fab Christmas, I'm looking online for possible Christmas dresses to wear when I reach that goal :-) I will still have 3 stone to loose but it will be my half way mark

Can your doctor refer you to physio and a dietitian? It sounds as though you need medical support and advice to carry out your journey. Remember, no matter how slow you progress you are doing much better than those chosing to do nothing x

Hi (wasn't sure how to reply so had to use the quote thingy) just click on the spreadsheet, move the bar at the bottom until you see the next available space and click on the box (where you write your name) and add it. If you look at the symbols at the top of the screen, there is one that looks like a paint pot, you can…

Hi I gave up refined sugars in April. Not being silly such as reading ingredients in pasta etc, but the standard junk food and junk drinks. I am a vegetarian and ate fruit whenever I wanted to. I found I craved more fatty foods than sugar so had peanut butter or a handful of walnuts/brazils when the craving took hold. Or…

Don't be so hard on yourself, tomorrow is a new day :-)

I'm sorry to hear that you don't understand that eating a healthy diet and incorporating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables into your diet is actually a good thing. As said before, those with no experience of juicing and a clear lack of understanding nutrition can go and preach elsewhere!! There's always one........

For my daughter's college lunch I boil some rice in a vegetable stock cube. When it's cooked, drained and cold, I add grated carrot, grated cucumber (not too much carrot or it goes soggy), chopped spring onion and a tin of tuna in spring water. She loves it.

I know most of Jason Vale's juices are already on MFP which is handy, unsure of Joe Cross's juices though. I'm starting Jason Vale's 28 day Super juice me soon...anyone else doing it?

Hiya, I'm in Essex, I have a billion pounds to loose - well it feels that way :-S I've lost 10lb this month and have another 7 stone to go...sigh.......wouldn't it be helpful if there was a link to 'add friend' on these posts? Good luck everyone x
-
Hi Chris, I have 7 stone to loose ideally but I'm setting smaller goals along the way as it seems such a large amount to think about in one go. I've lost 10 lbs this month so fingers crossed we will both get there. x

Hiya, I love juicing and there are LOTS of health benefits to juicing. I eat healthy and have juices as and when in between. My favourite juice is one whole large, fresh beetroot (with the skin), 4 carrots (with the skin) and a golden delicious apple (with the skin)...it tastes gorgeous!! Also, I have read people talking…

Hiya, good luck with your journey :-) I'll send you a friends request x

I binge on peanuts or peanut butter if it is in the house...I can't resist them, I am too weak! ..oh and humous, I binge on that quite happily and mushrooms and peas too.... Never really fancy sweets or cake, have no interest in binging on them at all. Could binge on coconut water too...oohh so lush!

You are my hero!! :-D Does anyone know where I can find those protein powder type ingredients in the UK?
-
Hiya, my favourite no (or low) cal food is mushrooms. I could happily eat them all day long. They are very filling. I like them raw or cooked. I don't fry them with oil very often, but I put them in a pan with a tiny amount of water and a little soy sauce and corriander and they are so tasty! x
