I typically eat with mayo and relish as salad on crackers, also used to make into patties. Any other creative way you eat it?

Just mix it with veggies, spices, sauces, mayo, etc. then make a sandwich or salad.
If you make it so often where you need "ideas" because you are getting so bored, then you are probably eating too much canned tuna.
That mercury tho.0 -

For my daughter's college lunch I boil some rice in a vegetable stock cube. When it's cooked, drained and cold, I add grated carrot, grated cucumber (not too much carrot or it goes soggy), chopped spring onion and a tin of tuna in spring water. She loves it.0

I don't like making tuna more calories than it needs to be. It's either dumped in a salad with my other favorite salad fixings, or mixed with cholula chipotle sauce or chili paste.0

My go to Summer tuna salad is as follows (I usually make it with hot-smoked salmon but tuna works well too):
1 can of tuna drained
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 medium cucumber chopped
1 medium onion chopped
(optional: jalapenos/peperoncinis for a bit of spice)
I love to add purslane to it when it's seasonal
1 tbsp EVOO
juice of half lemon + plus a few drops of red wine vinegar
S&P to taste
Toss and enjoy. Try not to drool inside it.
It makes for a large, refreshing, filling salad for under 500 calories.

I like it added to salad, or mixed with mayo, and eaten as a dip with veggies. Sometimes I will add a can to a frozen dinner (single serve frozen mac and cheese) after heating to increase the protein and calories of the meal.0

Many at the store did.
Read the ingredients to make sure.
Not sure what this has got to do with tuna but 'hydrogenated fat' does not necessarily mean trans fat.
Partially hydrogenated oils/fats containt trans fats
Fully hydrogenated oils/fats do not

I have been mixing it with a little bit of cottage cheese and sriracha hot sauce, then either putting it on toast or just eating it straight up. It's delicious!0
