    One of the biggest bummers when I first started logging my food and got a sore throat and I noticed the cough drops I needed every 10 min were 6 calories each!!

    Hot Sauce!! lots of sodium though, so I try to use sparingly. Or I use sirracha which only has 5 cals and much less sodium

    Hiya, my favourite no (or low) cal food is mushrooms. I could happily eat them all day long. They are very filling. I like them raw or cooked. I don't fry them with oil very often, but I put them in a pan with a tiny amount of water and a little soy sauce and corriander and they are so tasty! x

    Thanks for this it's helpful. I'm reading all the replys on this thread and this one was suitable. I'm pretty sure they didn't mean actual 0 calories. Anyways my favorites are celery, chicken broth, beef broth. And diet dr pepper of course!
