Fish is pretty high in potassium. 3 ounces of Tilapia has more potassium than bananas and it's only 81 calories. 1 cup of red potatoes has nearly 2x the potassium than bananas and it has only 18 more calories (and would probably make you feel much more full).

I cook on Sundays. To get the best (and tastiest) meals, I plan my menu around what seasonal produce I find at the local Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings.
